He can't testify under oath unless democrats call him as a witness so you're correct. He'll never testify before this committee on Hutchinson lying.

He will never testify before this committee...because he will avoid doing so with all the strength possible. My guess is, they will eventually get him to testify under oath. And he will confirm Hutchinson's testimony that he told her what she said he told her.

Hutchinson is the truth teller in this matter. Ornato should testify under oath. I doubt he will ever do so willingly.

There was no testimony from Hutchinson regarding Trump in this incident. She testified to what Ornato said to her (which, incidentally, was regarding Trump.) But Hutchinson DID NOT testify about Trump...just about what Ornato told her about the incident.

AND THAT TESTIMONY IS NOT HEARSAY.
