Not one of the white majority districts in NY uses food stamps to that level. '

In my State, none of the red districts come close to that 1 in 5 use of food stamps.

You just validated my point, a State like NY has the same situation you are claiming Red States are burdened with, and in even greater numbers, yet NY doesn't depend on the Federal Gov't and still funds those Red States

Well, two thoughts, if you want to go there, if anything is "welfare" it is what the Blue States are paying to keep the Red States afloat

And secondly, how can SALT be "welfare" when the Blue States that had the deduction were still paying more in Federal Tax than the majority of States that didn't have it? And this year with its absence, they will pay even more

Apparently many within NY depend on the federal government. Based on the numbers provided, it's blue districts where there are a lot of freeloading blacks and hispanics. You simply can't accept that, as a general rule, the more white the district the less percentage of that district uses food stamps.

But obviously, as the numbers show, New York doesn't depend upon the Federal Gov't even though they have more of those people you are afraid of, and it still funds the Red States who apparently are the ones doing the freeloading
