Should JPP limit the number of sock accounts a member has?

Should posters be limited to two posting accounts?

Some here are abusing rule 10 which states.

"Dual Accounts - Don't go overboard. I'll allow a couple, but myriad accounts will not be allowed... and duplicates used to break rules will result in temp banning for all accounts... and removal of duplicates."

A couple to me means two but we have posters here that openly have 4 or more sock accounts. Should management delete excess sock accounts?

I've already tried this same premise a couple of times. It's mostly a waste of time.
