There is a lot about this that is unseen. But there has to be a line between personal rights and privacy and when someone can invade them. The gun law in Colorado comes to mind.

Right or wrong when the police tell you to let them in the smart play is to open the door and let them in. If the search or whatever is illegal then sue. A lot of idiots get hurt not obeying a cops orders. Just follow orders then take legal action. It's hard to sue the cops when you are 6ft under the ground.
