The EC "works" when your party wins. It FAILS when your party loses.

It DOUBLY fails when your party loses but still get the popular vote.

At least in 2024 the popular vote lined up with the EC. So we KNOW Trump won America. MORE AMERICANS wanted the 34-time convicted felon, rapist, liar, cheat, thief who peddles simple solutions to complex problems that no economist thinks will work as advertised.

America spoke. YOU WON.

Next time a Dem wins the EC but loses the popular vote I will hear you whine about how the EC is antiquated and outdated.

I guess you missed the part where the majority of voters elected Trump.

That stated, the claim is spot on. Low population states would no longer matter if the electoral college were removed which is exactly what the autocrats on the left want.

The uneducated left and their autocrat politicians still don't understand that we are not a democracy, but rather, a democratic Republic of States where States have rights and their citizens have inherent rights.

If the EC were to be abolished, the first time that a Republican won the popular vote, these far left loons would be screaming to bring back the EC.

I will trust the Founding Fathers a great deal more than these loons.

Exactly, we are a Democratic Republic, just to educate you, Republic means the actual form of Government, it has nothing to do with how the leaders of that Government are selected, Syria was a Republic until recently. Democratic explains how we elect our representatives to that Government, ergo, we are a Democratic Republic

I swear MAGAkins must have skipped elementary school, probably home schooled, had to listen to Limbaugh all day for civics
