Should we revoke the Visas,,,,

No, it is why I said "in many cases". It is not prosecution to deport someone, or to revoke a VISA.

It's like you only read portions of things people say and then assume your own opinion of what they say without regard to what is actually said.

First, the only time I expressed an opinion in this thread was the first time I posted, see if you can find it. I'll give you a hint... "I think Charlie Kirk would be offended by this." search for that.

Second, I simply point out that most VISA revocations happen without court involvement and the folks are deported.

Were they deported for free speech? That is what is being discussed and the case I cited was for the deportation in regards to free speech.

The ruling of the case was that people could not be deported for free speech.

I don’t have any idea what the rest of your post has to do with what I posted.

If they actually call for violence they should have their VISA revoked, but if they are just happy that someone died...

We have no right to not be offended. It simply isn't there. Folks can be happy that someone was assassinated, they can blissfully rub that Bovine Feces all over themselves, roll around in it, and pat each other on the back for how awesome they are for hating some dude that just wanted to hold a conversation and was strongly committed to the fact that different opinions have a right to be expressed.

I think Charlie would be offended by this idea. I said it earlier, I say it again.

The issue is, is it free speech to incite violence... Past rulings say that it is not. If they promote such activity, their VISA should be revoked. If they are just happy that someone is dead, not so much.

Basically, if they are saying, like that idiot Twitch political moron, that "more republicans should be killed to make them afraid to go out in public" they should be deported.

If they are just happy... no.

If they are spiking the football and celebrating making it clear they want more... deport... If they just are offensive... no.

Prosecution was probably a poor choice of words. I can see where I confused you.

The SOS can revoke a person's visa because he does not like how they part their hair. The government is prosecuting them they are denying or revoking permission to be in the US.

That is not true. Hair parting is not one of the reasons they can revoke a VISA for....
