Yes, mandatory coverage is needed to be able to enroll those with pre-existing conditions.

There was no pressure on Roberts. This was his Warren moment. After Warren became Chief Justice he got to decide Brown and did so in the best way possible. Not saying that Roberts decided in the best way possible, only that MAYBE Roberts was not the conservative everyone thought. Appointments to the Court have been more conservative than they were. I think lots of Judges from lower courts have leaned more towards the right in hopes of appointments to the Appellate Courts and the SCOTUS. Once there, they can be themselves again. It is definitely playing the long game, but regardless of what scum sucking bottom feeders lawyers are, they are smart.
