It is better to be guilty and rich in America than be innocent and black. Like everyone else, I do not know what happened in Smollets case. Lots of hater Repubs are creating conspiracies. They don't know either. I am sure we will find out more in the future. But it will not be Obama being involved. That is even too far out for a righty. We do have a couple here making such claims. Actually Zimmerman was taking it upon himself to be a "neighborhood watch." The reason being houses and apartments being robbed in the neighborhood. Zimmerman was prepared to contact the cops for suspicious activities and did when he noticed Martin, it's been reported that Martin's cell phone camera later showed Martin's bed with items that had been stolen in the neighborhood spread out on the bed. Zimmerman couldn't "go home" with Martin setting on his chest banging his head on a sidewalk. I'm fully aware that in your world Martin was a "victim" and Zimmerman was a scumbag. In my world I see the opposite!
The problem with Smollett, is the fact that "DUE PROCESS" has been trashed and there's accusations that the Obama's are involved in making the Smollett charges go away. I think that needs to be investigated, don't you?

I think the facts were determined and that is why he was charged with several felonies. I think it was just decided prosecution and punishment would not be constructive and they dismissed the charges.
