That racist nigress, Kim Foxx, needs to be disbarred, if not imprisoned. She not only let Smollett walk free on 16 felonies charges, she told a number of lies. And, no doubt, her office has a history of extreme corruption of letting black criminals walk free.

I think the facts were determined and that is why he was charged with several felonies. I think it was just decided prosecution and punishment would not be constructive and they dismissed the charges.
