it is only those who "MOSTLY" do not stick to the issues who seem to think that, I much prefer issues to personalities. But when you are pointed out, natuarally that is what sticks with you. I asked you two a simple questions is it to painful for you to answer???

Hey Cypress, Damo has an option where you can block everyone's avatar, which I do. I think a lot of them raise eye brows at work so I personally block them all.
