No stupid, we do. When anyone goes before a jury for a crime like murder, the prosecution has to prove intent, which includes state of mind. That's why you have 3 degrees of murder. New classifications for various aspects of a crime periodically come along .... case in point if a pregnant woman is murdered or assaulted to the point of losing the pregnancy, the perpetrator can be accused of either one or two murders.

Hey, you won't believe me but that's my bad. I apologize for any and all childish insults I've been slinging. Feel free, of course, to insult me as much as you wish on any and all threads you find me on. I probably deserve it. That said, I do believe the things I've said in between the insults and do believe the basic assertions I've been making about 'libtards' and 'hive', etc. You might see an occasional 'hive mind' here and there when it fits the sentiment. But all other bullshit will stop not only for you but for all here. I don't have more time right now to discuss further.
