Southerners Die Young

Not a flake of snow at my place, pal. We get less than 20” of snow for the year. When it does snow, it’s usually gone in a day or two. 12” or so of rain. In the summer, we can actually spend ALL DAY outside without getting soaked.

Been in the South when it was in the 40s. Miserable cold.

Been in the South in the summer. Even more miserable.

You get 3 clear days a month and half rain. That’s shit climate.

90 degrees and 70% humidity is a heat index of 106. And you have months of that shit. Know what the heat index is here when it’s 90 in the summer? About 88. :rofl2:

This is for your review. Again.

Dude, you should know by now that in the internet age, there are certain things you just can't get away with BS'ing about anymore.

Not a flake of snow at my house. I’ll get up the remainder of my leaves this afternoon. If it does snow, it will
be a flurry and be gone in less than a day. Yet, look at your climate.

Muggy to miserable 7 months of the year? 3 clear days in 30 in the summer? Rains half the month?

The muggier period of the year lasts for 6.8 months, from April 23 to November 16, during which time the comfort level is muggy, oppressive, or miserable at least 30% of the time.

Total bullshit.

The humidity is only noticeable here on average between June and September. Most years, by early October the dewpoint, along with the temperature, has dropped considerably to well within what is considered comfortable. Especially at night.

We are perfectly comfortable for 8 months of the year.

You on the other hand, are living in denial...

You like your internet description, I’ll give you yours.

Perfectly dry at my place.

3 days of clear skies a month in the summer? Do you EVER see the stars? Rains have the time. Can you EVER plan an all day event without getting soaked?

90 and 80% humidity = 106+

90 here = 88

The Boise TV station I posted today's weather outlook from, says it's going to snow today.

I'll take their word, as they not only have no reason to lie, they have a huge incentive to be as accurate as possible.

Down here, the sun is out on a good 99% of the days during summer, and for most of the day. It just turns stormy for a couple of hours a day in the mid to late afternoon. By nightfall, the sky is almost always clear again.

As for making plans, people who live down here understand that if they're planning to be outside all day during the rainy season, they need to have an umbrella handy, or just plan on getting wet.

Kind of like Seattle.

It's just water, afterall.

No big deal.

Facts can promote hate if a person only emphasizes negative characteristics of a group while ignoring positive accomplishments and contributions. That is true whether we are talking about blacks, Southerners, or working class Trump voters.

Only to those unwilling to acknowledge facts.

Since 85 is an average, it means there are those that are above it. It also means there are those that are below it. That's acknowledging a positive.

Since 75% are bastards, it means 25% aren't. That's acknowledging a positive.

Since only 1 in every 3 1/2 uses food stamps, it means 2 of every 3 1/2 don't. That's acknowledging a positive.

Sorry, superloser. I didn't say I could prove who I was so you could stalk me.

And I didn't just say so about the marathons, halfs, international triathlon, Olympic tris, Ironman tri and gran fondo, when you and/or TOP doubted it, I showed so. You seem to think that a person
has to reveal their personal identity to you to prove a fact, creepy racist fool. You don't. The reason they give out that tchochskies for events is precisely to identify
the person who has then did them. That's what memorabilia is all about. I put forward good internet evidence that the dude you are embarrassing yourself against
was truthing. Your burden now to concoct an extravagant tale about how I accomplished that and didn't actually do the events. Come on, you are a creative racist.
I'm sure you can come up with something. But you don't need to prove a fact about yourself by forfeiting your identity. You should know, you have proven you are
a racist piece of shit Trumtard without compromising yours. ;)

What you did is make claims then use yourself as a source. That's called a "because I said so" argument.

You don't need to forfeit your identity for me to know you're nothing more than the typical nigger. Lots of talk but nothing to back it up but baseless claims and whining like a little bitch when someone doesn't believe you.

I don't need to concoct anything. Claims you make without verifiable evidence can be dismissed as easily, BOY.

There are a host of problems with the whole race to IQ thing

Foremost to me is the assigning of intelligence and all the facets of itand hanging a digit on a human and claiming that describes that.

Second, I disagree with its essential immutability. I think it is at least to some degree variable.

Third, the whole nature/nurture and chicken /egg dichotomy.

4th, when extrapolated to races, the difficulty of assigning and defining race as a thing.

5th the designing of tests to supposedly measure this ephemeral intrinsic and immutable trait of intelligence.

6 fact is the experts use different tests, so that proves the difficulty. If IQ were like blood typing, there would be one IQ test not dozens with infinite question variability.

7 white people made up the whole idea so confirmation bias enters the equation. Would black people score better on a test they designed?Likely

Plenty of excuses to try and cover for what day to day actions by the group as a whole prove.

I see you tried to throw the race card in there, too. Seems you're so embarrassed by the results that you can't get passed using it. How typical.

But all the factors you used are negatives as opposed, for example, of the percent of pro football players, pro basketball players, blues and jazz musicians, top gymnasts, tennis, and golfers. Those are all more relevant than whether they were born to unmarried parents.

I gave the positive side of those things.

It depends on what you consider relevant. Those that have been successful normally don't affect others in ways those living in single parent homes do. In 2015, 20% of children lived in poverty. Whatever number that 20% constituted, 43% of them lived in single mother households while only 10% of that number were to married couple households. Those paying their own way don't affect me. Those not paying their own way or on behalf of their children do.

It was about a relevant as those pointing out that Southerners die young--attempting to denigrate.

"60 Minutes" last night was about homeless problems caused by very high housing prices (Seattle). Several of the people had full-time jobs but still could not afford a place to live. One guy worked for the EPA and admitted to being an alcoholic. They asked him how he could buy alcohol with food stamps and he said "cooking sherry." (speaking of those who don't pay their own way).

Someone supporting him/herself and his/her family isn't relevant. They're paying their bills and meeting their personal responsibilities. Those that aren't are relevant because the rest of us get stuck with the bill for their failing to do so.

If you're paying your own way and supporting yourself, what you do is none of my business. If you aren't and are begging for help, I'm not making it my business, the one begging is making it my business by demanding someone else do for them what they refuse to do for themselves.

Deep brown, red, and pink are lowest life expectancies. Yes, in the South, you will not live as long.

View attachment 13010

The life expectancy for blacks is the lowest among several groups including Asians, whites, native Americans, and Latinos.

Of the top 10 States with the highest black population, 8 are in the South. You figure out the connection.

Many JPP Democrats seem to oppose Trump supporters and red states getting welfare. I suggested those benefits be cut but that didn't seem to make them happy.

I've gone through this so many times it's pitiful. In the Red States the JPP lefties constantly mention as being welfare states, those getting the highest level of welfare (20% or more) are the blue districts with majority black populations. Tennessee 9, Alabama 7, Mississippi 2, SC 6, Louisiana 2, and Georgia 2. In every one of those States, not one red district reaches that 20% level.
