Trump DOJ Hit With Explosive Grand Jury Scandal as SPLC Demands Secret Tapes Over Alleged Misconduct
The Southern Poverty Law Center accuses the DOJ of grand jury misconduct, seeking to unseal transcripts in a controversial wire fraud case, alleging misleading claims and political influence.www.ibtimes.co.uk
The Trump DOJ lied to that grand jury to get the indictment folks
It’s a doomed case because the Trump DOJ LIED to the Grand JuryDemocrats are far more crafty and wicked than Republicans.
YeapYup.
I posted this a few days ago when the SPLC first filed their reply.
The DoJ made all sorts of public statements about this case that are obvious lies pretending this covert actions by the SPLC was not shared with law enforcements when the SPLC has a protocol they follow involving levels of law enforcement and often working directly with them, when they want to join the case.
It is all documented by the SPLC so this case will be kicked soon.
Sounds to me like the SPLC is trying every legal maneuver to find some obscure technicality to get the charges dismissed.![]()

You are not allowed to lie to a grand jurySounds to me like the SPLC is trying every legal maneuver to find some obscure technicality to get the charges dismissed.
So, the SPLC shouldn't do that, should they? You are not allowed to lie to a grand jury
Fuck you
it sounds to you like that as you are an idiot. Don't act like anyone but you has to hear things with the idiocy you hear them and assume.Sounds to me like the SPLC is trying every legal maneuver to find some obscure technicality to get the charges dismissed.
OMG.So, the SPLC shouldn't do that, should they?
If you had millions upon millions to spend and got handed a federal indictment for something, what would you do? The usual call is:OMG.
How we now know Terry has no clue the SPLC would not have presented to the Grand Jury and only the DoJ did.(not sarcastic emoji)
And here Terry is not even knowing that and he will still act like he should keep commenting instead of shutting up and learning something.
Only someone who believes the DoJ and government are infallible thinks looking for the mistakes and misrepresentations in their accusations and charges with lawyers is a a bad thing. If you had millions upon millions to spend and got handed a federal indictment for something, what would you do? The usual call is:
Hire lawyers
Have them search through every document to find a mistake or something that could be used to get the charges quashed on a technicality.
Start filing motions to suppress, etc. everything.
File more motions to change venue, etc.
Drag everything out to the max.
That's what the SPLC is doing. It's the standard playbook for these cases.
The DOJ is fallible and that's what the SPLC is clearly banking on at this point. They and their liars... err, lawyers, are trying to find some technicality that will get the case tossed. Given their track record on this sort of case, I'd say the SPLC is on the short end of the stick right now. My bet is the SPLC tries to plea bargain or otherwise get the charges reduced once it becomes obvious they can't get the case itself tossed.Only someone who believes the DoJ and government are infallible thinks looking for the mistakes and misrepresentations in their accusations and charges with lawyers is a a bad thing.
I get people like you exist who think the DoJ and government is perfect and thus the very act of hiring lawyers to defend and point out where they are wrong is somehow an afront to you but NO ONE ELSE is like you. Most people want every improper filing, related to charges to exposed and for the DoJ to not make mistakes or misrepresentations to try and get someone.
In this case the misrepresentations are glaring. SO much so this case almost certainly will not make it to trial and will be kicked during open motions and that is when you again will cry about 'how those accused do this' and get things kicked this way, as if that is improper.
See, just like you have no clue what the word sarcasm means and how to use it you also do not understand if the FBI says "Terry committed a crime in New York yesterday' and charges Terry with that, then Terry getting a lawyer to point out, in fact he was not in New York and they can prove he was in another in another city and State is not Terry trying to 'find some technicality that will get the case tossed' in a the bad way you are suggesting. The DOJ is fallible and that's what the SPLC is clearly banking on at this point. Exactly right. You guys are so sure about their guilt and that they will get creamed in court. In that, it is like the last 50 sure things that will take down the left. When it evaporates in the court, you will move on to the next one and pretend you said nothing about this one.
