Why not, and why do I know nothing about this alleged out of gas car other than what the wife said? Remember that this guy was often playing up is Christian bonafides....if she knew that he as going to suicide she might well have been interested in claiming otherwise to protect his memory.
 
A second call from a distressed woman appears to detail a witness account of the moment Haskins was struck.

"Oh my God. What the f— is wrong with you? Get the f— out of the road!" the woman could be heard shouting on the 911 call.

What's the scoop? We have some facts now - and you're sticking to your narrative.

Why is it so important to you that your unfounded narrative is true, instead of just going w/ what the facts indicate?
 
I see this story & discussion as a microcosm of the "Big Lie."

It doesn't matter what the facts actually are. Conservatives are locked into a lane, and won't look outside of that lane.

The most important fact is that I find no one verifying that there was actually his car found out of gas.

"We know that he suicided but we will not say so because we dont want his friends and family to suffer" does not work for me....and that is what this has smelled like from the jump.

I felt otherwise for about five minutes today, but that is over.

The only fact to the contrary is what the wife said, but then listen to how she goes on effusively about what a great all around man he was....she has motive to cover up his suicide.

It has struck me from the first days that no one has been talking about the car, now that there is a claim that it was out of gas I absolutely must know the facts about this car.
