“Stop the Steal" rallies

Tucker just had Brian something or another talking about philly election fraud....my wife says that he is lying.

Nope. Appointed observers must be allowed and they get to look at things like ballots, ballot envelopes, etc. No 30 ft. distance crap...
Nope. They get within 6 feet, and can only watch the sorting/processing. They cannot slow down the process of sorting.

Wait...Judge Jeanine said.........

LOL!!!

"Judge" Jeanine was a small claims judge for a year or two 30 years ago. Since then she avoided going to prison through a plea bargain that sent her husband to prison. The fact anyone listens to her is insane.

I think they watch because they're trying to determine if she's really a transsexual. She must put a lot of makeup on her Adam's apple, because I can't see it.

Let's be honest; this is more political noise than criminal law. Let the State investigate and follow the law.

I don't know. Sounds reasonable. Let's see what a criminal investigation finds.
He's full of it. Observers must stay out of the way, and can only watch the sorting/counting. They CANNOT slow down the process by 'looking at stuff you don't want them to'.

That's ludicrous (Mike Tyson voice)

Where aren't they allowed to watch? Not in Philly.

"A Trump campaign lawyer admitted before a federal judge on Thursday that observers for the campaign were allowed to watch ballot canvassing in Philadelphia, after they claimed in court and the President's supporters alleged they were being deprived unfairly.

But the federal judge was having none of it, instead asking Philadelphia city officials to confirm Democrats and Republicans were being treated fairly to watch the ballot-counting and that they were allowed to watch the ballot counting in the city from six feet away. When the judge pressed the Trump campaign lawyer if there were observers in the room from the campaign, the lawyer, Jerome Marcus, said, "There's a non-zero number of people in the room."

The judge, Paul Diamond of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, a George W. Bush appointee, also pointed out he believed the President's case appeared to have no reason to be in federal court, and even cracked a joke that the lawyer "shouldn't quit his day job" when the campaign handed the judge a hand-drawn map of the ballot counting room.

After the judge confirmed the parties would have the same number of observers in the room, he dismissed the Trump campaign's request because it was moot."

It's always important to have a 'non zero' number in the room.

Not a legal guy, but I'm sure each state can handle it.

Me either. I just Googled Pa. poll watchers. Each party is allowed three. I think that's for voting. Not sure if they are allowed that many for counting, but they must be registered poll watchers. Not MAGA morons off the streets.
