Funny thing is there are more Raiders and 49ers fans in LA. Fvxking Rams. People in LA will support a winner but there are very few actual Rams fans there.

And of course they didn’t want anyone from the Bay performing at half but that’s LA for you.

Here’s an interesting read from a ‘pro black’ perspective that is not positive regarding the half time show.

Cliffs are:

1) the NFL is racist
2) performers like Snoop and Dre should headline the show themselves; they don’t ask big (white) rock bands to perform together so why do they ask top black artists
3) they’ll let black people entertain and play but won’t let them hold leadership roles within the league
4) they wanted them to play Fight the Power and stand with raised fists

Definitely a different perspective.

The NFL wouldn’t ask the Rolling Stones, Aerosmith and U2 to share a 30-minute set.


Bullshit in 2001 Superbowl.. "The Kings of Rock and Pop". It was headlined by Aerosmith and NSYNC, and also featured appearances from Mary J. Blige, Britney Spears, Nelly, Tremors, and The Earthquake Horns.

They had the Who, ZZ TOP, Tom Petty, the Stones and Paul McCartney a few years back. Just about everything else sucked though. This year couldn't get much worse.
