No, the Founders made the appointments for life so that the Justices would be above influence, partisan sway, predetermined by political ideology, which we see with this Court is anything but true

No one said it was, but the Founders purposely set up the Court so that the people would have confidence in them, this Court has flushed that confidence

Wrong, this isn’t based on decisions, rather the conduct of those making the decisions, and personally, I recognized the Roberts Court was making decisions based on their ideology rather than understanding of the law way back with Citizens United
