As the U.S. exits Afghanistan, Beijing is preparing to swoop into the war-torn country and fill the vacuum left by the departed U.S. and NATO troops.

China is poised to make an exclusive entry into post-U.S. Afghanistan with its Belt and Road Initiative (BRI). Speaking on condition of anonymity, a source close to government officials in Afghanistan told The Daily Beast that Kabul authorities are growing more intensively engaged with China on an extension of the $62 billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC)—the flagship project of BRI, which involves the construction of highways, railways and energy pipelines between Pakistan and China—to Afghanistan.

Like Iran, Turkey is recruiting mercenaries in Syria, Libya, and Afghanistan, and is also creating cells in Europe and across the Muslim Middle East. It is true that Turkey still does not have the chutzpah that characterizes Iran, but with a wide deployment, this chutzpah will come with the time. In this situation, Israel will remain at the forefront in the War against Terror, but an American withdrawal from the region leaves Israel as easy prey and the frequency of attacks targeting Israel will increase.”

A situation in which Izrael would much, much rather have Americans die at the hands of the Afghans than Izraelis- another reason why Israel has encouraged America's presence in Afghanistan looooooooong after the original Taliban were crushed. War with Iran is foremost in Izraeli minds- and the hope of having Americans fight it is fading. Expect a swathe of filthy black ops. The Neo-Zionists would have no qualms about killing Americans- as they have done in the past, to save their own fascist skins.

Don't think the Chinese are looking to occupy Afghanistan like America did.

The Taliban might have a different opinion of China than the Afghan government.

The United States envoy on Afghanistan, Zalmay Khalilzad, “will press the Taliban to stop their military offensive” at talks in Qatar’s capital this week, the Department of State announced after the armed group seized a string of Afghan provincial capitals.

The department said in a statement on Monday that several planned rounds of meetings were scheduled over three days to discuss the situation in Afghanistan.

Badakhshan province’s capital Faizabad becomes the ninth Afghan city to be captured by the Taliban since Friday.

The Taliban armed group has now taken more than a quarter of Afghanistan’s provincial capitals in less than a week.

The group has captured nine provincial capitals in Afghanistan since Friday, including Faizabad, Farah, Pul-e-Khumri, Sar-e-Pul, Sheberghan, Aybak, Kunduz, Taluqan and Zaranj.
