You didn't give a link To a reliable source and I don't trust you to not edit out important contextICE Deputy Director Patrick Lechleitner sent a letter Wednesday to U.S. Rep. Tony Gonzales, R-Texas, saying as of July 21, there were 662,566 noncitizens with criminal histories on the agency’s non-detained docket (NDD), meaning they are not detained while they await immigration proceedings.
“Of those, 435,719 are convicted criminals, and 226,847 have pending criminal charges,” Lechleitner wrote.
The letter was sent after Gonzales in March asked the Department of Homeland Security for data on migrants with criminal backgrounds. Gonzales is a member of the GOP-led House Homeland Security Committee.
Refute it, idiot,
The figures come from ICE and the Border Patrol, idiot.
Norberg that is just a fake Democrat talking point. No one except Texas really keeps data on immigrate crime. We do know ANY crime they commit does not have to happen in the US at all. But even if you are correct are we sending 15-20 million American citizens out and replacing them with these "law abiding" illegals?Immigrants have a lower crime rate than American citizens. Trump and the right are whipping up the rubes. Trump does not care about the facts. He wins on lies.
Texas criminal careers, these 10,741 individuals identified as illegal noncitizens while in prison, were charged with more than 48,000 criminal offenses which included arrests for 1,940 homicide charges; 5,796 assault charges; 3,514 burglary charges; 6,994 drug charges; 354 kidnapping charges; 2,784 theft charges; 3,794 obstructing police charges; 2,429 robbery charges; 3,159 sexual assault charges; 1,259 sexual offense charges; and 1,586 weapon charges. DPS criminal history records reflect those criminal charges have thus far resulted in over 26,000 convictions including 1,168 homicide convictions; 2,966 assault convictions; 1,927 burglary convictions; 4,050 drug convictions; 159 kidnapping convictions; 1,328 theft convictions; 1,727 obstructing police convictions; 1,647 robbery convictions; 2,066 sexual assault convictions; 796 sexual offense convictions; and 618 weapon convictions.
If you are a Democrat you have to ignore a lot of things. He knows that but pretends otherwise
FIFY.Yep FoxreportedLIED ABOUT the numbers that ICE gave out.

carefulCurrently, there are 158,000 and change inmates in federal prisons.
BOP: Population Statistics

In 2019 there were 51,000 and change illegals in federal prisons. That number hasn't shrunk since.
Departments of Justice and Homeland Security Release Data on Incarcerated Aliens
Today, the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security released the Alien Incarceration Report for Fiscal Year 2019. The data shows that 94 percent of confirmed aliens incarcerated in Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and United States Marshals Service (USMS) facilities were...www.justice.gov
That works out to about 1 in 3 federal inmates being an illegal alien.
Now, we know that 1 in 3 people in the US aren't here illegally. Best estimates would be between 5 and 8% of the US population is currently here illegally (~ 15 to 20 million illegals and ~ 330 million citizens).
That means that illegals in federal prisons are overrepresented by a factor of somewhere between 3 and 6. That is, 3 to 6 times more illegals are in prison for crimes than their overall representation within the US population. That indicates that they commit far, far, more crime with respect to the entire US population.
I'm wearing a face shield and body armor for when his head explodes...careful
nordberg is too dumb for logic.
Texas has a prison population of about 76,000. About 11,000 are illegals. That's about 15% of Texas's prison population are illegals. Again, as with the federal numbers that is an over representation of illegals by a factor of about 3, or triple their number in the overall population.Norberg that is just a fake Democrat talking point. No one except Texas really keeps data on immigrate crime. We do know ANY crime they commit does not have to happen in the US at all. But even if you are correct are we sending 15-20 million American citizens out and replacing them with these "law abiding" illegals?
Texas has determine illegals in our prison system. These crimes did not have to happen in the US.
