Texas sues Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania over election fraud

Democrats are a bit too complacent on this. They're taking the "this lawsuit is ridiculous!" stuff from some experts as too much assurance.

This is Trump we're talking about - and a Supreme Court that is basically hand picked. Based on their PA ruling, I believe they will act responsibly. But I am by no means fully confident of that.

With Trump, you have to be ready for anything. He has defied almost every expectation about him ever since escalator day. He is a terrible human being and President, but no one knows how to win like he does. He finds a way.

""... Brickman alleges she also observed a number of other irregularities, like failure to correctly match signatures.

“Signature verification standards were constantly being lowered by supervisors in order to move more quickly and process the higher amount of early and mail-in ballots,” said Brickman.

“From the 15 points of similarities reduced to a minimum of three, lowered to one, and ultimately none.”

Brickman recalled that she was told to just pass each signature verification through.

She questioned the integrity of what she reportedly observed, stating “this is not the way an election should be run.”

She also said ballots were passed through even though signatures on the envelope did not match the signature or even the name on the ballot. She says she witnessed different ballots allegedly showing the same handwriting on the envelopes."

There are hundreds of very similar stories from a just a few key counties. Just the testimony of dozens adds up to over 700,000 improperly processed votes in Maricopa and Pima counties. And there is similar evidentiary testimony involving over 800,000 votes in Pa..

Signatures are checked by computers. Did they give them less power?
How does Texas get standing in other states' elections.?
This is another loser for the reds.

That's what I said. :dunno:

So how many signatures did these two experts examine and authenticate?

Do you need someone to read it to you?

I was able to do a simple search and found the word "expert" is only there twice. Both times in the paragraph about signatures.

But I wonder if you know anything about statistical sampling. The number of ballots was enough to be a good statistical sample and with zero signatures that showed signs of fraud it would mean the likelihood of finding 1% or more fraudulent signatures is highly unlikely. The court says this:
" the statistically negligible error presented in this case falls far short of warranting relief under A.R.S. § 16-672. Because the challenge fails to present any evidence of “misconduct,” “illegal votes” or that the Biden Electors “did not in fact receive the highest number of votes for office,” let alone establish any degree of fraud or a sufficient error rate that would undermine the certainty of the election results,"

sig matching varies from state to state and by voter roll or application for absentee

GA has 1 person ding the matching ( or maybe that was PA)

clearly national standards are needed to provide equal protection

The US Constitution says state legislatures set the rules for elections including setting the rules for how signatures are matched. There can be no equal protection argument between states based on the US Constitution. There is no amendment taking that power away from the state legislatures.

Weird how all this massive fraud only happened in battleground states Trump lost.

It happened in the cities of these States, since they were most easily accessible by Democrats to corruption and had a lot of electoral votes.
Pay attention to history.

See, the problem with this is that making bad faith arguments isn't going to translate to more support at the polls.

If you tell your followers that the vote is rigged, they're not going to vote.

Derp.

You are ignoring a very important detail. If faith is lost in the election system, there is only one way forward. It isn't pretty. You will have no recourse. There will be nowhere you can run.

Let me guess, you think this mindless bullshit is going to work after almost every court, including the Supreme Court has thrown out every attempt Trump and his mindless traitors have made to overturn an election that he was overwhelmingly blown out of?

Question, are you ready to die to bring down democracy and the United States? Arizona republicans want to know if you can be counted on to die for Trump.

The Supreme Court has not thrown out the Trump lawsuit. It is still pending. The United States is not a democracy and never was.

Yeah, good luck with one

Yesterday the SCOTUS blew off Trump’s “best” shot at a Supreme Court hearing in a half hour, and now you think a Texas case that doesn’t even include Texas is going to get anywhere? Forget it, yesterday was Harbor Day, Congress will get the States’ official electors Monday, the party is over “chiwawa”

WRONG. The Supreme Court has NOT dismissed Trump's lawsuit. It is still pending.
