It is legal in Massachusetts whose gun laws are much stronger than Pennsylvania.

Learn to read, you ignoramus. I asked your compadre to provide the EXACT town/city and it's law in PA where teenagers are not only allowed to own a weapon, but to open carry it.

This means a link to the official local gov't offices and laws....NOT the mental flatulence of some MAGA troll like yourself.
