Trump had the number way down, currently the average is about 1900, the portions of the bill that are supposed to control the border are emergency measures that cannot go into effect unless they increase to at least 4,000 (optional action at that level) or 5,000 for mandatory action. Almost 3 fold increase for the already massive hole that our Great Border Czar is already letting in.

This bill is simply codifying Kamala's open border and ensuring that nobody could do anything at all about it until we nearly triple the numbers of entries.
