I guess the people in the border Patrol must be pretty stupid, IF they needed to talk to her there was this thing invented over 100 years ago called the Telephone.
Millions of people have had them and have been using them for about 100 years now.
Maybe if they are that backwards that is why the border is breaking down.
Maybe Congress should look into it and get them some damn phones.
