" Promote the general welfare" is in the preamble. That is the constitution.
Not a power or authority. You cannot use it to cancel the rest of the Constitution.
" Promote the general welfare" is in the preamble. That is the constitution.
Correct.
Now explain how that means a Vax Squad can bust down the doors of a non-compliant family and force all of them to be injected with whatever the State deems is good for them. That's what's being discussed here.
I do support "my body, my choice" be it vaccinations, abortions or suicide. I also support the right of others to protect themselves from disease-infected idiots.
Not if those very enthusiastic voters number less than their opponent (7 million less).
Bernie Sanders had enthusiastic supporters, but not enough to win. Those at the extremes always have strong supporters, just not very many.
Not a power or authority. You cannot use it to cancel the rest of the Constitution.
And now flailing from Flash:1. I don't have to flail to answer such an obvious question.
States do not count electoral votes. The VP is not authorized to choose the electoral college from any State.Trying to get the VP and states to ignore their constitutional duty in counting electoral votes,
There are no 12,000 members of an electoral college. Fake News.telling states he needs to "find" 12,000 more votes to win that state,
There was no election. Trump stepped down as the last President of the United States.violates the constitutional oath that allows the peaceful transfer of power to the winner after losing an election.
Democrats did that, moron. It was DEMOCRATS that committed election fraud and faulted the election.Trying to sow the seeds of mistrust about our elections
It DOES violate the Constitution, and it IS harmful to the nation. See Article II.does not violate the Constitution, but it sure is harmful to the nation.
For Biden's Handlers and the Democrats? Articles I, II, III, the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th, and 14th amendments. I have already given specifics.2. What constitutional violations are you referring to?
I know how we elect the president and I am not dumb enough to think they are elected based on rally turnout.
Did you think enthusiastic electors attended the rallies?
You don't get to speak for everyone. You only get to speak for you. Omniscience fallacy. Trump did not lose. There was no election. The election fraud by Democrats caused the election to fault. You can't lose what never took place.I am not the idiot who thinks my very unpopular candidate (except for those attending the rallies)lost because of election fraud.
Irrelevant. The election faulted due to election fraud by Democrats.I am still waiting for one piece of evidence of fraud (except those 2 Republicans who voted for their dead wives) that you can prove. Show me one county that had more presidential votes than it had registered voters as Trump claimed.
The President is not elected by popular vote. Georgia never chose any electors.Trump lost Georgia because 28,000 people did not vote for president. They were not enthusiastic enough to vote for either.
Hello Tranquillus in Exile,
I think it will be a long while if ever that we see another personality quite like him. Who grows up in such a position? He had everything handed to him including a chip on his shoulder. With that much money, most people would be able to have a wonderful life, very enjoyable with lots of friends, earn some respect, make some accomplishments to be proud of.
But not Trump.
But poor Donald Trump was psychologically doomed from the start because his mind was poisoned by greed and suspicion cruelly implanted in it by his father. He can't have any real friends. He has to assume everyone is out to get him. He's always the victim. He thinks everybody hates him because he's rich. And he's suspicious that everyone is trying to get his money. The reality is that he hates everyone else because they have happiness and all he has is money. He thinks he's supposed to get respect because of his money, but all he really does is get people to pretend to respect him because they're bought and paid for.
He is envious of others for their happiness but he won't let himself admit it. He thinks everybody is in this big cutthroat competition to build wealth, and that it requires bending the rules or downright breaking them as long as you can get away with it. He probably feels inadequate because others don't have to do all those dirty tricks and they can get just as wealthy as him. But he will pull any dirty sneaky trick he can think of as long as he believes he can get away with it. And this requires him to spend a lot of money on lawyers.
Donald Trump spends great wealth on lawyers trying to screw others or the government out of wealth, and sometimes he doesn't get back as much as he spends, or he just stiffs his lawyers and gets new ones. Donald Trump has to spend hours a day figuring out who to rip off or cheat, and how he's going to get away with it. He has to spend lots of time with the lawyers he hires to manage their efforts. It doesn't sound like a very happy life at all.
He probably feels like a loser inside because he really is a lousy businessman who pretends he's great but he's ultimately only fooling himself, and most of his wealth has come from rental property and being a reality TV entertainer. And now the fools who simply send him money because they are duped.
I doubt there are many like him.
Your Christian love is showing.
I do not use them in my argument except to point out they do not necessarily reflect the number of votes. You must be confused.
There was no electoral college in 2020. The election faulted due to election fraud by Democrats.Nope. All you had to do was look at the election results. There were Republican House members that got 33,000 more votes than Trump. That tells you a lot about his popularity.
There was not a single faithless elector in 2020.
Are there any days of the week when you are not so hostile, angry, disagreeable, and insulting?
Paradox. Which is it, dude?
It is the constitution, you nitwit.
What's the paradox, Sybil...or are you just fapping again?
There is nothing in the constitution on vaccination.
You are so weird. Washington forced his troops to get vaccinated. I doubt he has many people fighting it.
We have a history of people acting in the best interests of the nation. Now we have people like you. can we survive this?
I NEVER ANSWER QUESTIONS BECAUSE I'M MENTALLY ILL
Hello Nordberg,
There was a vaccination refusal case brought before the Supreme Court. It lost. The Court decided against the individual who claimed being forced to get vaccinated violated his right of freedom. The Court ruled that the freedom of the public to be able to live, without disease, outweighed the freedom of the individual to refuse a vaccination. Jacobson, 1905.
No shit, Sybil.
