They have shown by voting 95% Democrat what they want when it comes to reaching out. Democrat leaders tell blacks they are victims of in the words of Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders, institutionalized racism. They give blacks excuses and an easy way out.

Reagan had weekly drinking meetings with Tip O'Neal. Reagan traded his signature on Tippy's social spending increases in exchange for Tippy's pushing Reagan's Military Industrial Complex build up spending through the House. Together they damned near tripled the national debt. In today's dollars it would be comparable to Obama's and the Congress'es spending.

Republicans took control of the purse strings in the midterms and have controlled them for the majority of Obama's watch. Why did you ignore that part? Are you a commie Democrat?

Black colleges were founded because white colleges wouldn't let black students in. If you want less blacks on welfare then more blacks going to college is a good thing. You are not being harmed that groups were set up to help black students afford college.

Were, isn't Are. Since Affirmative Action, a United Caucasian College Fund has been necessary, but that would be RACISM, huh? Black Lives Matter wouldn't approve.

There are billions of dollars in student loan debt available. White aren't missing college because we lack access to funds.
