It's been three years since Durham was appointed to investigate her. That's more than a year longer than the Mueller investigation. When's Durham going to put up or shut up?

You implied that if he finished the investigation, Hillary would have him killed. Ergo, your supposition is that he's got the goods on Hillary but is afraid to reveal it. Amirite? :D

Federal agents used a confidential U.S. witness working inside the Russian nuclear industry to gather extensive financial records, make secret recordings and intercept emails as early as 2009 that showed Moscow had compromised an American uranium trucking firm with bribes and kickbacks in violation of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FBI and court documents show.

They also obtained an eyewitness account — backed by documents — indicating Russian nuclear officials had routed millions of dollars to the U.S. designed to benefit former President Bill Clinton’s charitable foundation during the time Secretary of State Hillary Clinton served on a government body that provided a favorable decision to Moscow, sources told The Hill.

The racketeering scheme was conducted “with the consent of higher level officials” in Russia who “shared the proceeds” from the kickbacks, one agent declared in an affidavit years later.

The Department of Justice decided to continue "investigating" this for four years without Congress or the public knowing.

From their report we found out that the "investigation" was supervised by then-U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein, who was rewarded by being named Deputy Attorney General, and then-Assistant FBI Director Andrew McCabe, who was promoted to the post of deputy FBI director.

Robert Mueller was head of the FBI from Sept 2001-Sept 2013 until James Comey took over as FBI Director in 2013. They were both involved in Russian collusion - since this case started in 2009 and ended in 2015.

As the Russians gradually assumed control of Uranium One in three separate transactions from 2009 to 2013, Canadian records showed, a flow of cash made its way to the Clinton Foundation.

Uranium One’s chairman used his family foundation to make four donations totaling $2.35 million.

Those contributions were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Mrs. Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors. Other people with ties to the company made donations as well.

The Clintons took cash from Uranium One officials before the deal was approved by Hillary Clinton’s State Department.

The Clintons hid the donations - a clear violation of the Memorandum of Understanding Hillary Clinton signed with the Obama administration wherein she promised and agreed to publicly disclose all donations during her tenure as Secretary of State.




Nine shareholders in Uranium One just happened to provide more than $145 million in donations to the Clinton Foundation in the run-up to State Department approval.

It wasn't just the Clintons who were implicated in a uranium deal with the Russians that compromised national-security interests.

The cool half-million the Putin regime funneled to Bill Clinton was five times the amount it spent on those Facebook ads — the ones the media-DEMOCRAT complex ludicrously suggested swung the 2016 presidential election to President Trump.

By contrast, the staggering $500,000 payday from a Kremlin-tied Russian bank for a single speech looked like part of a multi-million-dollar influence-peddling scheme to enrich the former president and his wife.

At the time, Russia was plotting — successfully — to secure U.S. government approval for its acquisition of Uranium One, and with it, tens of billions of dollars in U.S. uranium reserves.

The Uranium One scandal was not only, or even principally, a Clinton scandal.

It was an Obama-administration scandal. The Clintons were just doing what the Clintons do. The Obama administration, with Secretary Clinton at the forefront but hardly alone, was knowingly compromising American national security interests.

The administration green-lighted the transfer of control over one-fifth of American uranium-mining capacity to Russia, a hostile regime — and specifically to Russia’s state-controlled nuclear-energy conglomerate, Rosatom.

Worse, at the time the administration approved the transfer, it knew that Rosatom’s American subsidiary was engaged in a lucrative racketeering enterprise that had already committed felony extortion, fraud, and money-laundering offenses.
