The Clinton Foundation, State and Kremlin Connections

The Clinton Foundation Took Big Bucks from Uranium Investors

According to the ultra-liberal New York Times, the Clinton Foundation received $2.35 million in donations from Ian Telfer, a mining investor who was also the chairman of Uranium One when Rosatom acquired it.

It also received $31.3 million and a pledge for $100 million more from Frank Giustra, the Canadian mining financier whose company merged with Uranium One.

You implied that if he finished the investigation, Hillary would have him killed. Ergo, your supposition is that he's got the goods on Hillary but is afraid to reveal it. Amirite? :D

You do realize that the life blood of the MAGA minions is to mimic their orange faced god and NEVER admit they're wrong on any level, right?

Why did Hillary’s State Department urge U.S. investors to fund Russian research for military uses?

Hillary Clinton touts her tenure as secretary of state as a time of hardheaded realism and “commercial diplomacy” that advanced American national and commercial interests. But her handling of a major technology transfer initiative at the heart of Washington’s effort to “reset” relations with Russia raises serious questions about her record. Far from enhancing American national interests, Mrs. Clinton’s efforts in this area may have substantially undermined U.S. national security.

Consider Skolkovo, an “innovation city” of 30,000 people on the outskirts of Moscow, billed as Russia’s version of Silicon Valley—and a core piece of Mrs. Clinton’s quarterbacking of the Russian reset.

Following his 2009 visit to Moscow, President Obama announced the creation of the U.S.-Russia Bilateral Presidential Commission. Mrs. Clinton as secretary of state directed the American side, and Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov represented the Russians. The stated goal at the time: “identifying areas of cooperation and pursuing joint projects and actions that strengthen strategic stability, international security, economic well-being, and the development of ties between the Russian and American people.”

The Kremlin committed $5 billion over three years to fund Skolkovo. Mrs. Clinton’s State Department worked aggressively to attract U.S. investment partners and helped the Russian State Investment Fund, Rusnano, identify American tech companies worthy of Russian investment. Rusnano, which a scientific adviser to President Vladimir Putin called “Putin’s child,” was created in 2007 and relies entirely on Russian state funding.

What could possibly go wrong?

Putin and Those Democratic Emails

Soon, dozens of U.S. tech firms, including top Clinton Foundation donors like Google, Intel and Cisco, made major financial contributions to Skolkovo, with Cisco committing a cool $1 billion. In May 2010, the State Department facilitated a Moscow visit by 22 of the biggest names in U.S. venture capital—and weeks later the first memorandums of understanding were signed by Skolkovo and American companies.

Talk about a stretch!
This moron thinks Hillary had Putin invade the Ukraine!

I thought that honor went to Legion! LOL!

I think he gets paid to spread Russian propaganda. He is unprincipled as a person getting paid would be. He eliminates almost every lefty from his threads. That shows he is not interested in discussion. He is getting paid to do start threads and posts. My favs are when he says? this is a thread no lefty has an answer for" Then bans every single lefty person who might have a response.

I doubt anyone would get paid to post such bullshit!

Most people read that shit and automatically say, "Whoever this idiot votes for- I'm voting for the other guy/gal based on principles alone"!

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) memos reviewed by The Hill showed that it did approve the shipment of yellow-cake uranium — the raw material used to make nuclear fuel and weapons — from Russian-owned mines in the United States to Canada in 2012 through a third party.

Later, the Obama administration approved some of that uranium going all the way to Europe, government documents show.

NRC officials said they could not disclose the total amount of uranium that Uranium One exported because the information is proprietary.

They did, however, say that the shipments only lasted from 2012 to 2014 and that they are unaware of any exports since then.

They're afraid to go against him. Look what trump's doing in Georgia, promoting a slate of candidates based on whether or not they wanted to help him overturn the election.

Well, to be honest it's always been that way in politics. Dump just ripped away the veneer of "civility" and "gentleman's agreement".

Thanks for the link but I don't have a subscription. Please post some key paragraphs on what was done wrong.

The US is linked with the Russians in space. Is that good or bad?

Nixon famously opened China for trade. Good or bad?

Let's be clear, I'm never going to be a fan of the fucking Clintons, but neither will I jump on the bandwagon blaming all of America's ills on the fucking Clintons....even the smart one, Hillary.
