The reality is that with his army of attorneys and accountants, he will postpone, delay, and appeal any legal action out beyond his natural life time. In addition, he has a SCOTUS as an ace, plus, a political party and major news network that will muddle facts, defend, and protect him regardless of anything he says or does

To a degree, any jurisdiction would have to weigh heavily if it is even worth the effort, in a few years he will be history, with a legacy close to William Harding’s left behind

1. Trump definitely deserves to be prosecuted. I've NO argument for that.
2. I'll believe it when i see it.
3. And if it does happen, watch for the dumpster fire that it's going to start. Only time will tell if it was worth it or not.

Did you miss the NYC case that a jury found his company guilty of 17 violations? The bubble has burst. Georgia is too easy. Trump committed it on phone in his own words. He had a lot of people show up and lie for him. The GJ suggests nailing them for perjury. That includes Trumps top aids, and perhaps daffy Donald too. I do not think he can slow justice down this time.

You currently have GOP lawmakers openly calling for the dissolution of the US as a Country, who swore an oath to defend the US, and not only do they not get censured by their party leadership, they are instead put in party leadership and given key roles on Homeland Security and other such top committees. And each wave of new GOP politicians involves more of them, who are worse liars than those in the past.

You have no equivalent on the left.

Actually, you have that backwards. Kamala Harris was giving groups money to bail them out of jail. The government hasn't made serious attempts to go after them. The FBI, idiotically, calls Antifa for example, "An idea." The US attorney's offices have let many of these violent rioters go without charges even when arrested.

The radical Left does enjoy broad support from government. There are plenty of radical Leftists serving in Congress. Name one that is an outright White Supremist and neo-Nazi on the other hand. On the radical Left we can start with those that are all for the New Green Deal. Or, those that want to defund police. Or, those that advocate for outright socialism and nationalizing many industries. Arizona's representative Raul Grijalva, openly admits he's a Marxist. Maxine Waters has called for a government takeover (Socialization) of the energy and oil industries.

You won't find many White Supremists or neo-Nazis in academia, if any at all, but you can bet your last dollar it's chock-a-block with Marxists, Maoists, Socialists, Feminists, minority racists, and a wide range of other ultra-radical Leftists. You can find radical Leftists in virtually any major newsroom in the US now.

There is no equivalent to that on the radical Right.
