It's not a crime to make a phone call.
Trump didn't steal any documents.
The FBI organized the riots on Jan 6th. Trump conducted no insurgence. DEMOCRATS did. The coup was conducted by DEMOCRATS. So far it's successful.

Trump only stole a truckload of classified documents, got caught, refused to return them, then copied them on computers. You are such a nut.

It depends what you say and plot. What he said is the crime, not the use of the phone. You really have to be taught the basics, don't you?
