Just as there is a difference between the guy who writes the press releases, but he's still part of the terrorist organization. You pretend that "this part" is somehow separate, but it isn't. All of the organization works together...

Exactly. BTW, during one of their illegal attacks on the boats, they actually rescued survivors and returned them to their country. This time they fucked up. Kegsbreath and the War PIg should be tried and convicted of war crimes. Then we can have the U.N. peacekeepers invade DC, capture them, and haul them away.
