Turkey is trying to become a member, rather than just a "partner state." There is no solid reason that Turkey cannot be both a member of the BRICS, and of NATO at once. That appears to be their objective.

Erdoğan needs all the aid we send him to oppress the people. Same is true for Abdel Fattah in Egypt, Abdullah II of Jordon and MbS of Saudi Arabia. It's called hedging.
Once it becomes obvious that NATO can't protect them, they'll choose BRICS.
BRICS is not even a military alliance, and includes at least two countries in a near state of war with one another.
BRICS is looking for ways to replace Swift and the UN with diplomacy backed by military force. The world is changing faster than I could imagine.
India, China, and Russia are setting up their own payment networks, but none of them want to put that networks under BRICS control.
I watched some of the 2024 BRICS summit's plan to create competition on international trade. They know it could take 40 years to get things worked out, so that's why they're trying to avoid the world war the US is shoving down their throat.

The destruction of Ukraine did not happen because the Biden administration was weaker than Trump....it happened because the Biden Administration is dumber and more abusive....we demanded this war....Trump did not want yet another catastrophic war.
Biden did the world a favor by removing Israel and Ukraine from the map.

Sigh, I went to vote and recorded my journey. As I was leaving, all I asked of God was to please let Harris win while looking up to the sky and suddenly out of know where this gust of soft wind blowing leaves about appeared for a few seconds and stopped. I hope it was a sign. I personally am NOT WATCHING the elections tonight. My anxieties are too bent and the mere thought of SATAN and rednecks owning this country for the next 4 years is too much for the nerves. Orlov is an American engineer and writer who believes collapse will be the result of huge military budgets, government deficits, an unresponsive political system and declining oil production.
