LOL. It seems you would use the power of the government to attempt to keep them in the dark and in danger. Either way is a mistake. Teaching the dangers and consequences is not the same as teaching method and morality.

I'm for maintaining a parent's choice. Parents should choose when to expose their children to this stuff. Can you read? It's the other side trying to dictate here.
Rubbish, this is ignoring the fact that you can refuse permission for them to teach your child of this stuff. Nobody is dictating other than the side that wants nobody taught any of it.

No fears. I just don't children need visions of anal sex in their psyche, and I don't think the school should empower itself to place those images into children.
They lose lawsuits when they attempt that one. It is bad, they know it, and they usually will not do it because of that. Those that have, have ended up paying for it, literally.
Either way works for me.
You'd have to be ignoring curricula and not actively asking questions of what they teach your kids to not know.

I've heard of plenty of sex acts I have no desire to participate in, and hearing about them does not give me that desire, nor can it. If you feel the desire, it's because you have the desire. Period. Teaching that AIDS can more easily be passed through this, that perforation can occur causing serious detriment to the health, is not teaching "social" issues, it is simply teaching fact. All pretense aside, there are many kids at 14 who participate in this because their friends tell them it is the way to remain "virginal" at the same time pleasing their boyfriend. Along with oral sex. Not teaching dangers and consequences and pretending they have pristine minds is foolish and almost criminally detrimental to their emotional and physical development.

I consider the fact that I already know that the schools will teach sex education, and that I have the ability to stop them should I wish, enough to ensure my personal liberty in that matter.
Why must you use the power of government to ensure that many will never receive information on this subject at all? Or do you pretend that most parents really do understand all the dangers and are good teachers?
The only NAZI in the thread is the one that would disallow information with the power of government to back them up.
You know your position is weak, that you have pretty much lost the argument at the point you acknowledged that you have the power to disallow them to teach your children anything about this. It is a very weak thing to say, "Well they might not tell me!" when you clearly know that it is something they will cover.
Your argument is weak, the "morals" rubbish is weaker, the "I want to keep them ignorant because they might try it" dismissed, you have nothing and are desperately scrambling with the "nazi" remarks now.
