Nope. I HATE the Heller decision but I respect it. MY reading of the Constitution says that the right to bear arms applies only to regulated militias. So, you have yours, I have mine, and neither one means jack shit.

If banning machine guns was unconstitutional, how come they are banned? Must just suck to be you.

So with that logic, then the right would be the party of school and mass shootings, the rural poor plus trailer parks, and last I looked, it was the Jimmy Jordan’s and Trump who were talking about defunding police

The sheriff is wrong, if he were honest, he’d admit acquiring a gun in the US is easy, the laws suck, and are not nationwide
