A former prosecutor who brought down the NY mafia and cleaned up NYC and several Constitutional scholars led a team of investigators in collecting and vetting the evidence of the election's theft. But the evidence was unnaturally, improbably and cursorily rejected by Democrats in power and indebted to Soros campaign contributions.

A former prosecutor has no authority to authenticate an election. Even AG Barr said the election was done properly.

Yes, that would be the case if Donald had stopped there, but he didn’t.

They did march peacefully, but once there, they violently trespassed and assaulted police officers and vandalized the building and Trump only condemned them when he realized even his allies were angry.

I understand the cover it was intended to provide well enough. The insurrection is the effort through violence to prevent a Biden presidency with the aim of reinstalling a Trump presidency. That the effort was absurd and doomed to end in disaster does not erase the seditious intent, the violence that attended it, or Trump's part as its essential instigator. Moreover, the "march" isn't the question. It's what happened at the end of the march.

Trump was hoping Pence would knuckle under to the pressure, so he stalled and watched the riot instead of telling
the pentagon to stop it. I'll wager he ordered them to stand down until 330 pm.
