No Sir, I am referring to the Filibuster rule in Congress. The Majority is being Obstructed by the Minority! So therefore, with the filibuster in place, the Minority has powers over the majority! That should never be the case in a Democratic Republic!

The fact is it is the Republicans, who work for the super-wealthy and corporations, who vote for making themselves richer. We have a worse wealth gap than in the Gilded Age as we keep moving money up to the top. The Repubs vote for tax breaks and ending regulations so the rich get richer. We have had a trickle-up economic system under the Repub's control.
