As I have pointed out now--THREE TIMES if you include this one-- Buttplug IMPLIED racist intent with what he said. He didn't have to say outright this or that is "racist" to say something is racist. Implication is enough, and Buttplug clearly did that.

Sure there is, lots of it. But that isn't because of racism, it's because of poor planning, poor bureaucracy, poor management, lack of foresight, lack of caring, any number of things, but not racism. Or, do you really believe that the people that do transportation infrastructure think something like You know what? Let's let these roads in this Black, Hispanic, whatever, area go to hell and we'll only work on roads elsewhere... That's pure bullshit. It's far more like the politicians and bureaucrats want a choo-choo train to hell between here and there at billions per mile so they redirect all the funding from maintenance and upkeep to that pet project. The roads and such go to shit but they don't care. Instead, they ask for more money to fix the roads because there isn't enough money for their pet projects AND road maintenance.

Go to Tucson, the "Berkeley" of Arizona sometime. Very Leftist city being run into the ground. They have a trolley system that circles downtown that nobody uses and goes from nowhere to nowhere. At the same time, the streets all over the city are crumbling into ruin. Hell, on many it be better if they were unpaved. Residential areas lack curbs and sidewalks, there's NO streetlighting (the politicians want "dark skies").
At the same time, they refuse to build freeways, etc., or do anything about the piss poor traffic congestion. Instead they build more bike paths and pedestrian crosswalks that NOBODY fucking uses. Would you walk or bike when it's 105 degrees outside?

That's one example. There's plenty of others. Drive any major Democrat run city and the infrastructure is for shit. Why? Because Democrats rarely, if ever, understand the importance of maintenance, planning, and upkeep. Instead, they focus on the next big thing project that will get them more power and money. Republicans are not quite as bad, but they're no gems either...

Of course there are. You should drive anywhere in New Orleans, any street, any neighborhood. They're a complete disaster, always have been. It takes about half a dozen city workers to repair a pothole about two weeks.
