As I just found out, the Secretary of the Interior isn't anything like Minister of the Interior in most countries. The MoI is responsible for internal security. SoI is responsible for national parks and shit. I suppose we can give Grind internal security duties as well for the lulz. Just get read of the DoHS and such, and give him control of the CIA, NSA, and such. He can be our thought police.
