I believe it is. That's a good point but if the claim that Chauvins knee is what caused floyd's death, I think a reasonable question then is, how is floyd able to speak while Chauvins knee is on his neck? Also if floyd is complaining about not being able to breathe before the knee is applied then again it seems reasonable to consider that the knee isn't responsible for floyd not being able to breathe. Lastly how does someone speak if they cannot breathe?

LOL, moving the goal posts. Choking on food is quite different from blood flow being restricted and lack of air due to having your hands cuffed behind your back and being on your stomach with three grown men on top of you.

Doesn't matter what you think or what I think for that matter if they are trying to prove chauvins action, knee on neck, caused floyd's death, it doesn't work. Just the fact that floyd is complaining about not being able to breathe before the knee is a all the doubt you need. Can you fault chauvin for applying the knee after hearing that, sure...but it doesn't amount to "murder". A for effort though.
