So, are you saying that the Dietary laws were not
from God?

They were, but the purpose was to keep you "holy" enough to go into the Temple which became moot when the Sacrifice was made. Christ fulfilled the Law, it was no longer necessary to care if you wore two fabrics at the same time, etc.
