I was referring to the Left rarely using facts and logic in their positions on virtually anything. They rely on rhetoric and emotion to get widespread approval of their positions. They really kind of have to, after all, most of their positions when nailed down to factual details are so shitty and bad that nobody would support them.

For example, as of late, the Left has been all for mandatory vaccinations while at the same time telling us that the Texas abortion law recently passed is evil because it infringes on a Woman's right to choose with respect to medical procedures. Now, a rational and logical person who thinks that it's a woman's right to choose her medical needs, including abortions, would say that vaccination is also something she could choose or refuse. But that's not the case with the Left.

Energy is another clear example. The Left wants solar and wind. There's ample evidence now these can't supply our energy needs and are too volatile in output to work. At the same time, they make hysterical--and it's nothing short of that--claims about the dangers of nuclear power and refuse to even consider it as a way to get to zero carbon emissions. It's a complete denial of science, facts, and engineering on their part but they want what they want and to hell with any alternatives suggested.

This goes for any other topic as well.
