Even some of the most adament advocates for jail agree that the prosecution did a poor job, desh. If you're on a jury, you can't cherrypick evidence. You have to look at the case as a whole.

here is what you don't get.that law did NOT prevent them from doing the right thing.they could have convicted him like they should have.He would have gone to prison or did some lawyerly moves for a new trial.the country and trayvon would have been far better served by that
