The government should take a moral stand on this. We have plenty of resources kept off limits by price manipulators and envirowackos.

We should boycott SA completely.

It is about Karl Marx. He understood, in order to implement totalitarian socialism on the people, he first needed to remove all other symbols of faith. If people didn't have a "God" to believe in, they would more easily be convinced to believe in The State... Government becomes your God! In this environment, Socialist policy will work, where it fails miserably otherwise. It fails, because people become disillusioned with Socialist government, and they revert back to the old standard of their religious spiritual faith instead. By destroying religion, the people are left with no other choice but to give Jingoistic and enthusiastic support to the Socialist State. While capitalism relies on the incentives of success to thrive and grow, socialism depends on nationalism and patriotism... a 'worshiping' of the Government in place of your God.

I believe drugs and alcohol are a crutch used by people who are weak.... but what you don't ever see, is Dixie railing on and on about how bad drugs and alcohol are, and how the world would be better off without drugs or alcohol, or that we would be better off now, if drugs and alcohol had never been discovered. Watermark and Grind need to learn a modicum of Roman history. Diocletian carved up the Empire into 4 parts because it was falling apart. The fact that Constantine made a power grab did not change that fact, and he eventually wound up giving up the entire Western half and moved the capital from Rome to Byzant. Class dismissed.
 
One of the funniest things I read in this whole thread is that Christianity is a tolerant religion. It's history shows that it is not. Christians have burned, and hung and drowned people for the exact same thing that the Saudi government beheaded this guy for. The bible says, in the old testament, "thou shalt not suffer a witch to live" Exodus 22:18. In this country people were tried and convicted of witchcraft by "tolerant" christians, and before that, 50 to 80k people were executed for witchcraft by "tolerent" christians in Europe, and that was AFTER the reformation. It was also tolerent christians that burn books and records in this country even to this day. Hell several years ago in Alamogordo NM a tolerent christian church built a bonfire for Harry Potter books. The idea that Christianity is tolerent is amusing, and ignores the history of the church.
