The 2nd Amendment we are discussing is part of the US Constitution, not that of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania is a signatory to the US Constitution, which over rides any differences with States.

I'm glad I'm arguing my position and not yours.

I am amazed there are so many who wish to create, by way of their own postings, a record of them acting so very immaturely.

It's the reason this board is not more popular. Strangers wander in, they sign up to partake, they see how nasty it is, they leave. Check the member list. It's littered with 'members' who made a handful of posts, sometimes only a few, and then left. It is entirely presumable they made a comment, and were nastily attacked with vulgarities, so they left, never to return.

People want to believe they are so intelligent, so well informed and all-knowing of all things political, but then they blow it by leaving written proof they failed to learn even the basics most commonly taught in kindergarten.

And I believe the SCOTUS, in it's decision on Heller, solidified the part of our state constitution when it comes to "the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Yep and SCOTUS had no choice. The Second Amendment really wasn't about handguns but many of the state constitutions went above and beyond and mentioned that right to individual self-defense so due to equal protection SCOTUS rolled with it in the Heller case. State constitutions are not irrelevant.
