Since the right ,by a majority, support Trump and Jan 6 and the acts of treason, sedition and subversive activity . We have traitors being the majority of the republican party. All three being supported by anyone is in itself guilty of the same treasonous act by law. Every evangelical minister and catholic priest who supports this are also as guilty and that include many. You can't make a complete lie the excuse for any attack on our government. Which is the best they can do.

We get your point that those people who support(ed) January 6 are not patriots and those involved in the illegal activities committed crimes. But legally you are completely wrong.

So far, nobody has been charged with subversion or sedition and it is unlikely they are guilty of those crimes. Certainly nobody committed treason which requires giving aid and comfort to the enemy during the time of war.

Nobody who supports them but did not participate is not guilty of anything. You are trying to stretch your point way too far.

Why do you support the overthrow of our government by violence?

Read the court decisions surrounding these laws. "Advocating" is pure speech and is protected. A person must actually take some illegal action toward accomplishing these goals to violate the law. We are free do advocate anything.

This has been discussed several times in this forum and we established it is very difficult to charge a person with these crimes. Nobody advocated overthrowing the government and nobody overthrew the government. Nobody has been charged with this crime who is being prosecuted for the January 6 riots. There have been a few conspiracy charges but only for the Proud Boys who did some advance planning.

There is nothing in this law that would apply to supporters of Jan 6 who did not actually participate.

There is nothing in this law regarding treason.

Why do you support the overthrow of our government by violence?

Why is your reading comprehension so lousy?

Where did I say I supported the overthrow of government? Since nowhere did I say I supported it that makes this a silly question without an rational answer.

This is a court decision surrounding this premise. Well this court decision says that advocating is chargeable, so try again. Along with the federal government states , many of them (30) during the time of war and not during the time of war. There has been more state charges of treason then federal. #0 states have treason laws and each has it's own definition. The Only restriction would be the constitution and many courts have supported more then just the fine wording of treason that is defined in the constitution .18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
As in 2382. Misprision of treason

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States and having knowledge of the commission of any treason against them, conceals and does not, as soon as may be, disclose and make known the same to the President or to some judge of the United States, or to the governor or to some judge or justice of a particular State, is guilty of misprision of treason and shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than seven years, or both.

The answer is easy , do you support Trump or Jan 6th . I believe you do and that would be supporting the overthrow of our government and constitution , it is the same as pissing on our flag and constitution.

Trump Advocated the overthrow of our government and the rioters tried to overthrow our government to force in a piece of shit for a dictator.

Then why did they just leave after entering the capitol and vandalizing some shit if their intent was to overthrow our government?
All they proved was a mob of unarmed and unorganized fools could enter the capitol and scare the shit out of a few congress critters.

Flash is too cowardly to say anything meaningful.

Then you are silly. I never supported Trump. You can't make a determination of who I supported just because I explained that the law does not support your assertions. There is a difference between fact and what we personally support. You can't put everybody in two simplistic categories because they don't support everything you say. I just tried to explain the law as I understand it, not support Trump's actions.

However, if I did support Trump there is no law that I could possibly be charged with. That is a silly claim.

Pissing on our flag and Constitution is protected free speech and I couldn't be charged with that act, either.

Since the right ,by a majority, support Trump
I am one of them.
and Jan 6
I support the use of the calendar too.
and the acts of treason,
There was no treason on Jan 6th, 2021.
There was no sedition on Jan 6th, 2021.
and subversive activity.
The only subversive activity was by Congress that day.

There was no treason.

There was no treason. You cannot pass any bill of attainder.

The Constitution is the government. The only people attacking it are Democrats, which discard it.

He's also ignoring that Joe Biden gave weapons to the enemy in time of war, an act of treason.
