I don't think the House can bring criminal charges. The DOJ will have to determine independently to pursue a criminal investigation. I don't think there is such a thing as "domestic charges."

The house asks the DOJ to Charge Him with what ever they decide, It's a referral and moves the full extent of their investigation over to the DOJ . The DOJ already knows what happened on Jan 6, The domestic court comment was a mistake I meant civil court. I was just a witness in a Domestic court, it got me side tracked.
