You have to prove the rioters were spurred on by some emotional Trump speech and that Trump intended to overthrow the government--very hard to do based on many previous cases.

Those using the defense that they were only acting on Trump's wishes are getting nowhere with those claims.

If you are correct, we will see the government making those charges against Trump and those involved in the riot. So far, there is no evidence they will do so because it will be almost impossible to prove. It would be harder to prove Trump incited the riot than proving those involved in the violence are guilty of insurrection, sedition, or attempting to overthrow the government. Since Trump was the head of government at the time it is unlikely they were trying to overthrow their leader.

You can't prove any of them are lies or that any of your claims are true. You just want Trump and his supporters punished and will search for any law you think might apply without bothering to learn the background of its interpretations. You can be "angry" and still correctly understand the law although I suspect that would defeat your purpose--you need somebody to be the bad guy you can blame for all the problems.

Then show us something to support your claims. You can't just cite some law without showing how it actually applies in practice.

If you are correct, why have none of those involved in the riots been charged with any of the crimes you are claiming they violated? I think that tells us you don't know what you are talking about.

No patriot needs to look for any , scum bag is right in front of us , along with his supporters and the people who sold out this country on Jan 6 and the piss ants that support them, Now the good Jail times are starting to roll in 6 years and 2 months last week is a start , I would hope for a death sentence but will be happy with the sentences they are giving now . I bet we see a 10 year sentence in the next two weeks. BY they way they have now charged over 700 people.

I don't have to prove nothing ace. The congress will along with the courts ,all 21 court cases against this piece of shit. This is all that counts as far as scum bag is concerned , he will spend the rest of his life in court or in jail
