The Sacrifice

I make no claims to fully understanding the complexities of the world. I do think my level of understanding is ahead of yours though.

I don't. Plus you advocate cowardice and "going along to get along" in the rare event that you DO detect a major flaw in the social design the elites have planned for us.

I have used those words ? "going along to get along". I think not but could be mistaken, if so please show me where I posted those words.
It just does not sound like something I would say in the context you indicate.

It's really just a paraphrase of your generally cowardly demeanor and sentiment.

It is commonly rerferredto as Jumping to conclusions- or misconceived perseptions. You are trying to tell him what he thinks.

He believes in a "go along to getalong" approach to global evil, though he may not say it in that fashion. He would probably couch his attitude as a "new openness" or some such critically devoid jibber jabber.

You and I refer to global evil in different ways.
all I have ever said is the global econiomy and world trade thingy is already well embedded and has been for years. Kind of hard to turn back the clock.
I just don't conisder it to be one big conspiracy thing like you do.
Your analysis of my position is incorrect.

Sometimes "kind of hard" things are worth doing. Are you two?

AHZ as I have argued with you before the most important vote we Americans have in the trade imbalance with china and other countries is with what we spend our money on.
We (you included) have embraced cheap Chinese goods and WE are responsible for the trade defecit.
What we consumers apend is 2/3 of our economy and if we route that to China we deserve the consequences.
But you want someone else to magically fix the problem for you without any sacrifice on your /our part....
and then blame it on some global conspiracy when it is really we Americans embracing cheap Chinese goods.

I agree usually the right thing to do is the hardest.
why have you resused to stop buying suff from China ?
Walk your talk or shut up.

History shows that overarching trade restrictions ARE Most effective when enforced by the government. And since it's an issue of slave labor, it should be no problem, considering nobody really complained about Ivory restrictions all that much, or boycotting South Africa for apartheid. This should be an easy sell :"Keep your job and discourage slavery" . It's a winner. Want to go to the people?

International trade policy IS a valid function of a centralized national government.

History is not always valid in application to a changing world situation.

Dodge and deny all you want , but I am correct.

Only idiots forget past mistakes. Tyranny and hegemony is as old as time; it's nothing new, if that's what you're thinking.

So the same trade rules apply now as did before We had refridgerated ships to haul produce ? And before China had the technical ability to compete with American manufacturing. Dream on, I am done with you on this thread.
Pull you hat out of your ass.

People have a right to opt in and out of trade deals as their benefits and disadvantages change over time. This is a fundamental human right. Globalism denies this right.

You're done because I've whipped your sorry ask me no more questions. I'll tell you no more lies.
