Not tens of millions at once, but a few hundred can block a vehicle or get lucky and jam something up.

Ok, that would be excellent for going out looking for supplies. But unless you can eliminate them all, or at least all in an area, you are risking lives for nothing. Let them rot. Wait it out for a while.

I'd settle for eliminating then, in an area.

Use the truck to mow them down.
A farm rake to put them in rows.
A hay baler to make them easy to move.
And then an area to burn the bales.
