People absolutely should be prosecuted for actual crimes with undeniable evidence and proof....I gave you an example of how that works...

I'll give you an example of a jury finding that the evidence was proof of multiple crimes. Let's see if you accept crimes when someone is convicted or are living in your world of beliefs that don't really apply to reality.

If you didn't change it yourself, after so many thousands of posts, it would automatically change to "Insane Level of Addiction." She logged in one morning and saw that hers had changed to that from "Verified Member." OMG she was INCENSED! She accused Phantasmal, whom she hates and fears, of deliberately changing it to make her look bad. Phan explained that it just happens and suggested kindly that she just put whatever she wanted instead. So Toxic changed it to "retired teacher," because no one believed her lies about having that career. To this day she constantly tries to bring up that "I'm really a retired teacher" in discussions where that isn't even a topic. Desperate? Hilarious! lol

Well said and apt observation. She has followed me around for almost 15 years now. In that time she has insisted that almost every single rape victim in a story involving either an athlete rapist or a Republican rapist is lying. Remember Christine Ford? She was lying about Kavanaugh. Remember the woman who was being raped behind a bar dumpster by some sports guy, who was saved by a bystander? Her fault for being in the bar and she wasn't really raped because the bystander pulled the rapist off of her.

$16 million dollars says Disney didn't want to have ongoing litigation. They likely would have won the law suit but it would have cost them more than $16 million because of media attacks by Fox and RW news sources.

The one problem for ABC is that George said that the jury said Trump was a rapist. That isn't factually true. The jury decided that Trump's acts were sexual assault which the actions described would be rape as most people understand the term and as is found to be rape in multiple jurisdictions that are not NY. The judge then ruled that Trump's actions could be called rape without it being defamation.
What is factually true under the way rape is understood by the majority of people results in this being true -
Trump is a Rapist!
