ABC did not say they don't think Trump is a rapist. They apologized for something else. Do you know what it was?

The bottom line is if ABC had said "Trump is a rapist" Trump's lawsuit would have been dismissed. That is because anyone can freely say this and Trump can't claim defamation.

They are felonies because they were done to help hide another crime.
The other crime was not charged so didn't have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt. But in case you didn't know, someone did go to jail for that other crime which would show that the crime did occur.

The actual facts of the case say I am right. The actual judge's ruling says I am right. Trump may have not committed rape under NY law at the time but he did commit rape as defined by the UCMJ and the laws in most states. Trump also committed rape according to the way I view rape. If a man forcibly attacks a woman and inserts something into her private parts, that is rape as I define it. That is rape as the UCMJ defines it. That is rape as the state I live in defines it. As the judge pointed out that is rape as defined by most people. A person that has committed rape is a rapist.

The bottom line is anyone can say this and not risk being sued for defamation because it is factually true.

It seems you are incapable of understanding simple English. I never said that a jury found Trump guilty of rape. I have said this -

Trump is a Rapist.
If a jury ruling is required for something to be true can you show us all jury findings stating you are guilty of being intelligent?
If you want the evidence of Trump being a rapist, you can find it here.
The court ruling means I have a factual basis to call Trump a rapist and he can't sue me for defamation and win.
